Gilkatho was formed through a partnership of long term business associates with a view to building and developing a world class business. While world domination of the coffee market is always in our long range sights, our day-to-day activities are in ensuring our clients receive the very best level of coffee and service for their needs.
Ongoing business success for us comes in making sure the i’s are dotted and t's are crossed. We aim to have the right products in stock at the right time. We don’t sell everything to everybody.
What we do sell we understand, and we have a support structure to look after the products once they have been sold.
Our business objectives include building a successful and sustainable business model which will support the future of the company. Our business systems are developed with the big picture in mind and provide a solid framework without excessive overhead costs.
We use the latest technology to achieve business efficiencies. Our service people use PDAs for their service work, we purchase the latest software diagnostic tools, and we tie all of this together with an effective customer knowledge centre.
